Amazing experience. My RV washer wasn’t draining and I thought it was something major, but Joey and Jason quickly figured out the drain hose was back-pitched. Their expertise is on another level — they knew exactly what to look for and fixed it fast. Super professional and easy to work with. Would absolutely call them again. Highly recommend.

Trinity RV did great job for us on our travel trailer (exterior work), couldn't tell it had ever been repaired once done. They also corrected some minor issues on the interior that had been bugging me as well. Would highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beyond impressed — Trinity RV is in a league of their own! After months of Mercedes and the original upfitter failing to fix my Sprinter van’s sliding door, Trinity RV nailed it in ONE day — and I’ve never been more satisfied with a service company. This problem was one of the most frustrating things I’ve dealt with, and I almost gave up hope thinking I’d never get the sliding door working as it was designed. I can’t express enough how satisfied I am with Jason’s service. For months, my Mercedes Sprinter grooming van’s sliding door wouldn’t close flush. I took it to multiple Mercedes service centers, their collision center, and even the original upfitter — nobody could figure it out. It was out of service repeatedly, costing me time and revenue. Then I brought it to Jason at Trinity RV. In one day, he not only replaced a broken part but solved the problem completely — something the “experts” at Mercedes couldn’t do after multiple tries. Jason is everything you want in a service professional: responsive, flexible, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the job done right. Working with him was stress-free, and the results speak for themselves. If Google allowed more

Top-Notch Service at Trinity RV Repair I recently had the pleasure of using Trinity RV Repair in Kenner, LA for some urgent repairs on my RV, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I called, the staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating, fitting me into their schedule in no time. Very reassuring from the first call hearing Jason, the owner, say “We’ve got you. We’ll get you back on the road.” The technicians at Trinity RV Repair were not only skilled but also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of RV maintenance. They diagnosed the issues with my RV swiftly and explained everything in a way that made sense to me, even though I'm not very mechanically inclined. The quality of the repair work was top-notch. My RV feels better than when I first purchased it! They even went the extra mile to clean up after themselves, check the tires and replace broken under carriage straps and a tire valve extender which is something I really appreciate. Moreover, the pricing was fair and transparent – no hidden fees or surprise charges. They stick to their quote, which built a lot of trust in their services. If you're in need of RV repair i

Wow! These guys really came through in a big way. I called Jason on a Friday before a holiday weekend with an emergency: I just backed my 23-ft class C RV into a steel handrail and was pretty upset. He was super-responsive, got a hold of his fiberglass guys right away and said they could help. When I texted that I was en route, he immediately sent his updated address near the airport and then called to make sure I got it. When I arrived, he was waiting for me. I mentioned a troubling issue I had been battling with my solar system. He got his electrician on it. By noon Saturday, it looked like the accident never happened (!) and I had full power in my rig (!). Everyone was really nice and professional, and the cost wasn’t astronomical. They were Godsends! I highly highly recommend this team of pros — the other place I called said they couldn’t even schedule me for another six weeks. Here, I was blessed with immediate (!) service, really great work, fair prices and a good bunch of guys — thank you to Jason, Danny, Ricky, Rocky, and Vinny for the excellent care. I felt like a VIP!
